Mandatory Documents Required Before Booking:
To maintain transparency and comply with legal requirements, we request all recruitment agencies to submit the following before conducting any activity at our premises:
- POE Permission (Protector of Emigrants Permission) for overseas interviews.
- Company License Copy.
- Demand Letter.
Booking Guidelines & Terms of Use:
We believe in maintaining professionalism and a safe working environment for all our clients. Kindly note the following rules before making a booking:
- POE Permission, Demand Letter, Company License Copy submission is mandatory before the interview date.
- Smoking is prohibited within the premises; a designated smoking area is available.
- Refreshments & Wi-Fi are complimentary for all booking clients.
- Cancellation Policy: A minimum 48-hour notice is required for cancellation.
- Late Cancellation: If cancelled within 24 hours, the full booking fee will be retained.
- Overtime Charges: ₹1000/- per hour for usage before 9 AM, after 6 PM.
- Candidate Handling: The recruitment agency is solely responsible for managing candidates within the premises.
- Lounge Area Usage: Additional charges will apply for candidates waiting in lounge areas.
STRICT POLICY ON DÉCOR & DAMAGES:
Décor & Property Damage Policy – STRICTLY ENFORCED
- Any disturbance, misuse, or alteration of our facility décor, equipment, or furnishings is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- Any damage caused — whether intentional or accidental — to Transcend Institute’s property, interiors, or infrastructure will be fully billed to the recruiting agency without exception.
- Non-compliance with this policy may result in the immediate cancellation of facility usage rights and additional penalties.
