INCEPTION OF TRANSCEND INSTITUTE
Way back in the 80’s, Mr.Mustaq Ahmed was working as an offshore Electrician in Oil & Gas Rig Platform. During his course of work, he found out an emerging demand for skilled workers in various technical categories for Gulf countries.
Being quick to realize the difficulties of the employers to hire workers without the required skill set, Mustaq made up his mind to begin a Skill Trade Testing company which would give value added service with training and testing candidates technically in their desired category. This concept gave rise to Transcend Institute in 1989.
Since then, Transcend is devoted to provide top quality recruitment solutions to a varied spectrum of clients, from large multinational companies to small or medium enterprises across this fast paced region. The company also has an in house trade testing infrastructure which has facility to assess specialized technical skilled technicians with third party inspections as per client’s project and there standards.
Experience: 35+ years of experience in various fields such as Oil / Gas, Rig Platforms & Industrial Electrical Projects in India, US and Gulf Countries.
Mr. Mustaq Ahamed is the founder of Transcend Group, Transcend Institute as a Business Center for Training and Testing since 1989. Transcend Institute is the first of its kind in Chennai. He has not just re-defined the concept of trade test & training but created new standards of excellence.
